I may not tell you what you want to hear, but my opinion of market value is based on a Comparative Market Analysis and 27 years experience selling homes.

I will do a "no obligation" market evaluation on site, the only accurate method to determine the true market value. I am a graduate of the Residential Appraisal Course, Appraisal Institute of Canada.
